Ship Weight Control System
Location>Service>Ship Weight Control SystemDuring the construction of ships, due to the large quantity and variety of equipment and materials provided by manufacturers, the traditional approach is to use Excel spreadsheets for statistics and summary. This often leads to problems such as duplicate equipment, missing material registration, difficulty in coordinating between different specialties, long summary and reporting times, lack of historical records and tracking analysis. The system is deployed within the local area network of the enterprise and can be classified according to the department division of the shipyard. It establishes classification codes for various weight elements, controls and optimizes based on the size chain theory, and initializes the ship or ocean platform by the project weight control engineer. Each professional designer fills in their own equipment or materials responsible for the system or area. If there are duplicate numbers or names, the system will automatically remind for verification. The system defines the authenticity of the entire process data in four stages: basic design, detailed design, production design, and construction weighing. It records the weight S-curve from contract signing to ship delivery on a monthly basis, automatically records changes in data on a monthly basis, and generates weight control reports according to the initial project information and report format. If the S-curve approaches the target value of empty ship weight, the system will issue a red font warning, and various weight reduction measures can be recommended by adjusting the density values of large foundations, ladders, platforms, and other iron fittings.
