The offshore intelligent operation safety assessment system provides wind power installation ship management personnel with the function of querying the operation safety assessment of the ship under specific weight center of gravity, wind and wave environment conditions, water depth, air gap and other operation conditions through remote communication. At the same time, the operation safety assessment query results can be obtained through two methods: local preset database and remote shore end calculation. This system can enable on-site construction personnel to intelligently, accurately, and quickly determine the safety of the next step of construction, ensuring operational safety.
